Information on data protection

AlpenLuxus Appartements is responsible for its own data protection. The processing of the customer's personal data is carried out by AlpenLuxus Appartements for the purpose of fulfilling the orders placed by the customer, if necessary for the collection of outstanding payments, and to demonstrate that AlpenLuxus Appartements has fulfilled its obligations. Only authorized employees and IT administrators of AlpenLuxus Appartements have access to the data processed by AlpenLuxus Appartements. The customer's personal data will not be disclosed to any other parties. In particular, the customer's data will not be transferred to recipients in a third country or to international organizations. No profiling or other automated decision-making takes place.

All data that AlpenLuxus Appartements obtains in the course of its work for the client will be stored by AlpenLuxus Appartements at least until full payment of all outstanding amounts owed to the client. Furthermore, AlpenLuxus Appartements reserves the right – without assuming any obligation to do so – to store this data for as long as liability for the proper fulfillment of the contract or related obligations remains in effect, or as long as AlpenLuxus Appartements may be required to provide evidence of such fulfillment, or as long as claims by AlpenLuxus Appartements against other parties, such as suppliers or subcontractors, are relevant to the client's contract with AlpenLuxus Appartements.

Should a customer discover that data concerning him/her and processed by AlpenLuxus Appartements is incorrect, the customer in question has the right to request the correction of this data and the obligation to inform the carpenter of the inaccuracy of this data.

In the cases referred to in Article 17(1) GDPR, the customer is also entitled to request the erasure of personal data concerning him or her, unless an exception applies pursuant to paragraph 3 of this provision.

Should a customer believe that the processing of their personal data violates the General Data Protection Regulation or the Data Protection Act, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Wickenburggasse 8, 1080 Vienna, and/or to request a restriction of processing.
